Kiwi In The States: Birthday Surprises

So yep, today i turned another year older! And to celebrate this great day i got to spend it in English! Yep, sounds fun!

Anyway apart from that today has been one of the best birthdays ever! For one thing i get to celebrate in a different country than last year! I FINALLY got to open up my two packages from mum and dad that arrived last week! So we'll start with what i got..

From Mum

April issue of Cleo, came with a free bangle
hazelnut coffee
Orange and Jasmine Aromothearpy set (smells heaven!), not pictured
and Nathan Kings' cd 'The Crowd'.. SIGNED!! Mum got him to sign it for me!!! AHH

From Dad

Also in mums box she packed some stuff i A. forgot or B. didnt think i'd need. She sent summer tops that i wasnt into but now wanted, ipod covers and headphones, scientific calculator, my nice bangles, and my gossip girl book.

For dinner i chose pasta and apple pie instead of cake. Was a good choice too!

So all in all today was pretty fab!

And to top off a GREAT day, i got to speak to my mummy on her lunchbreak. It was a short converstaion but it was good hearing her voice! And i also talked to dad.
