the AMAZING 6 unimportant things that make me happy…

1. Seeing babies smile - who doesn't love to see a baby smile at you, always makes me smile
2. Walking to school - I get to smell the flowers in the air and take in the sunshine
3. The smell of fresh cut grass - Reminds me of summer
4. Eating Pineapple Lumps - They are soo yummy and addictive, and so kiwi
5. Petting my dog and cat - Jason and Murphy, i miss them
6. Being at the beach - the smell of the surf, the waves rolling in, the feel of the sand. thats when i can be most at peace with myself

Birthday Surprises

So yep, today i turned another year older! And to celebrate this great day i got to spend it in English! Yep, sounds fun!

Anyway apart from that today has been one of the best birthdays ever! For one thing i get to celebrate in a different country than last year! I FINALLY got to open up my two packages from mum and dad that arrived last week! So we'll start with what i got..

From Mum

• April issue of Cleo, came with a free bangle
• hazelnut coffee
• Orange and Jasmine Aromothearpy set (smells heaven!), not pictured
• and Nathan Kings' cd 'The Crowd'.. SIGNED!! Mum got him to sign it for me!!! AHH

From Dad

• April issue of Girlfriend magazine
• Hazelnut coffee
• 2 packs of Pineapple Lumps
• Jar of marmite (not pictured below)
• 3 cute tops
• Silver or white gold earrings from Marion his girlfriend

From Phyllis and Dad

• $100 to spend on whatever

From Grandparents

• $100

Also in mums box she packed some stuff i A. forgot or B. didnt think i'd need. She sent summer tops that i wasnt into but now wanted, ipod covers and headphones, scientific calculator, my nice bangles, and my gossip girl book.

For dinner i chose pasta and apple pie instead of cake. Was a good choice too!

So all in all today was pretty fab!

And to top off a GREAT day, i got to speak to my mummy on her lunchbreak. It was a short converstaion but it was good hearing her voice! And i also talked to dad.

ok making no sense to you let me explain. it all started with someone who picked a letter of the alphabet and noted down 10 of their fave things that start with that..
