Revelations

Today is the best day i have had since Halloween. I don't mind sharing the events from that night now. It's personal but this is my online journal and i want to write it down so here i go.....

Now if you don't remember the Halloween blog, here it is. So i got extremely drunk. Slept with Dustin. Yup. We were both drunk, and it seemed like a good idea at the time (as most things do!) It was my first time too. Ha-ha, yeahhh that was a interesting night considering i don't remember much and what i do remember all blurs into together! I can't say i regret it, i just regret the manner in which it happened. So of course without having much memory of that night i couldn't remember if, you know, we used protection. Hence we writing this blogpost here. BUT my worrying is over now :-)

Moving on from that.

Two Sunday's ago i had my bowling date with Hayden. Now don't go putting air quotes or saying it in a sleazy way *coughLindsaycoughCindycough* ha-ha! It was a fun night, we played 5 games and i got to win the 1st 2. It was a fun date! Then last Saturday, Hayden came over with a movie cos i was babysitting my brothers. He brought 1408 which was meant to be scary but just turned out to be weird. He met my dad and step-mum too!

Sunday i got to talk to Josh over msn, i posted some of that convo in the previous post. And in the post before that one, this one here, me and Josh created our "To-Do List" that we hope to accomplish in the week we have together when i eventually head home. It was an emotional convo for me, though it didn't help i was listening to Daughtrys 'Home'. We both came to the realization that when we get to see each other again it's going to be emotional for the both of us. Though i think i'll be the one who will be crying! Somehow i think when our week is up that it will be much harder for me to say goodbye to Josh than it will to mum and dad.

Ahhh bugger! I just had a thought as to what else i wanted to write and i got side-tracked with my movie and now..... i've lost it!! Oh im sitting here watching The Lion King :-) It's my all time favourite movie next to Beauty and the Beast. It's my night to be a kid and be happy!

This weekend i'm babysitting my brothers all weekend. Dad and Phyllis are going to San Antonio together. This will the first trip they've had together, without the boys, and in a different state for quite a few years i can imagine! I know they will have a good time and i won't be alone! I'll have Amanda, Jake's habatation or aid worker, with me which will be interesting. Hopefully we both survive the weekend! It's going to be filled with lots of boardgames and girl talk i think.

Ohh yay i remember what i wanted to type now! In 6 days (Nov 25) i will have been here in America for exactly a whole year! Yes a whole entire year! This past year has just flown by. Next week will be my 2nd Thanksgiving and at least this time around i'll know everyones names!

Hmm i think that's all....? Yeah must be :-)
