It's the simple things in life...

So.. I have my camera!!! Ahh im sooo happy!! Took like 20pics already haha.. But its sooo sweet!! It has a sunset mode!! Which is brill!! Cant wait to test that out on a great sunset! And AZ gets some grat sunsets! ts got lots of other modes like portrait, night, fireworks, snow, beach, kids&pets, aquarium, underwater (only if you buy the case lol) and a few others!! And thats just the tip of the ice burg... I have yet to read the manual and find lots of other treasures it can do haha.

Today was the BBQ or cook out, Todd and Diane came over after 3pm with their 2 boys Michael and Patrick for burgers and chicken, and beer for the adults- unfortunately im not considered "old enough" to drink in this country.. grr! But it was fun, Todd and Diane are a blast! and Diane made the most scrumptious apple pie ever!! aww it was delish!

I Get a Break Finally!

My camera is now in the same state as me!! Lol, WalMart updated it at around 11am this morning saying that it is now on-route from Buckeye, AZ to the store.. Finally!! lol! Very happy! Means i should get it by Monday cos Buckeye aint that far away!!

Tomorrow i'm babysitting my brothers while dad and Phyllis go bowling with their (different) teams.. Tonight Phyl is gonna show me what happens at night.. Hopefully Jake won't get upset tomorrow night!!

SPRING BREAK! Whos excited about a week off? Whats everyone doing? You know what im doing lol.. Phyl told me that Grandmas trying to see if/when my cousin Jen is free so she can come with us which would be awesome!

I think i wrote previously that my dad wants me to take 2 classes over Summer, well really it'll be 4! 2 for the 1st part of summer and 2 for the 2nd half of summer.. Lucky for me that they are mostly all on at the same time in the mornings! They don't have any afternoon classes! Not surprisingly- its AZ! But i bet my dad will make me take a night class, well if he does he's the one that'll have to drive me over lol..

Haha i love making some of my words big! As i guess you can tell..
Next Saturday im finally getting a haircut! Been like 5 months! I'm getting a fringe (bangs) again.. They put me down for a trim when i shouldve actually said i wanted them to layer it too, but that shouldnt make much difference.. right?

My Exciting News!

Great, wonderfulness news! I just ordered my camera! I was able to order my gold one from Wal-Mart online.. Very excited!! Hope it doesn't take long.. They said it to be expected at the store between the 16-20th.. But it could be there by next week which is what i'm praying for!



Poor Jake was off school again today (3 days now), he woke up this morning and said "Mummy i'm not going to school today", and was told his nose proceeded to bleed then threw up! Poor thing!! But i think he will be at school tomorrow..



Also tomorrow i'm gonna be playing golf with dad after English! Sweetness!! I haven't played since before xmas.. I'm gonna be very rusty i can imagine..



Today i only had one class! Was fun, i enjoy the College Success class, we played a game.. It was sort've like horseshoes but it was a cone haha and rope.. We also got given a report on how we're doing, i have a... A (96.8%)!!



Argh!! I don't wanna go to English tomorrow, we have to write a Reaction Paper in class! And we don't even know what we're going to have to summarize! So for starters i have to actually read what all the essays!

It's Lab day for Computers tomorrow which will be good! I'm almost finished the Excel pre-tests and then i can hand that in.. Woop!! Will leave early too!



On Saturday it's the Pine Wood Derby for Cub Scouts! Nick and Jake have made their little wooden cars (well dad did, they painted).. Should be fun! I was hoping to have my camera by then.. guess not! ohh well..



Long enough.. Will write a blog after golf tomorrow..

Spring Break Plan..

Yay! Spring Break is only 2 weeks away!!

I am very excited!! No doubt you are too?

I have just learned that my grandparents wanna take me on the train up to the Grand Canyon!! I have never been there before, no surprise there! And i should have my camera by then so i can be very snap happy!! Like i usually am..
Though that'll only be like a day but still i'm very excited!! Cos it'll just be me.. Step-mum said the boys weren't going

Happy News!!

As today was Sunday, i had my weekly phone call with my step dad back home in NZ.. He's good lol, lucky bugger was out playing golf with Dan.. I'm sad that i dont get to catch up with dan this time, he's my golfing buddy like dad.. But i did get to speak to him on the phone so YAY!


Anyway im getting off topic... Dad said that he's gonna put the money for my camera into my bank account if i like it when i go and look at it.. Hopefully i will, he does... It has to be this week cos my cashpoint card from back home expires next week and i dunno when mum will activate my new one and send it over..

So my finers are tightly crossed that i love it! And also fingers crossed that i manage to remember to buy Taylor Swifts cd Fearless.. I keep forgetting =D
